In June 2023, Van Doorn AV Productions prepared a copyright case against THEMATIC AI for the Lisboa PORTUGAL documentary shootings. On 20 March 2024 the case was submitted to the Court of The Hague, The Netherlands, for review.
THEMATIC AI received today the positive news that all copyright and IP rights of the documentary were indeed the property of the company. The management is satisfied with this court decision. “Gen C: Science, Research and Disinformation" the documentary is property of THEMATIC AI and will continue under the expert guidance of Director Ms. MOK.

In juni 2023 bereidde Van Doorn AV Productions een auteursrechtzaak voor tegen THEMATIC AI voor de documentaire-opnamen in Lisboa PORTUGAL. Op 20 maart 2024 werd de zaak ter beoordeling voorgelegd aan de Rechtbank Den Haag.
THEMATIC AI ontving vandaag het positieve nieuws dat alle auteursrechten en IP-rechten van de documentaire inderdaad eigendom waren van het bedrijf. De directie is tevreden met deze uitspraak van de rechtbank. ‘Gen C: Science, Research and Disinformation’ de documentaire is eigendom van THEMATIC AI en wordt voortgezet onder deskundige leiding van directeur mevrouw MOK.
“De uitspraak van het Hof van vandaag laat zien dat de bescherming van intellectuele eigendom en auteursrecht stevig verankerd is in Nederland”, “We zullen blijven werken aan spannende documentaires die nieuwe inzichten bieden in het maken van technische producties, zoals robot camerawerk, voor een breder publiek”, aldus mede directeur en Producent Raymund Kho van THEMATIC AI.
